“As a free NHS service, I found it a brilliant provision. I learnt how to challenge and re-direct my negative thoughts to a more positive approach.I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone, especially those who are finding it difficult to accept help and think they can cope alone and are struggling." - Jacqueline, TALKWORKS patient.

"TALKWORKS is extremely professional and has the experience to help, but more importantly, they listen. That is vitally important to someone struggling with their mental health. I honestly wouldn’t be where I am today without the help of TALKWORKS."
