NHS mental health support for menopause

Delivered by Devon Partnership NHS Trust

Here at TALKWORKS, we know that menopausal symptoms can vary from person to person. While some may suffer from physical side-effects of the menopause, others may struggle emotionally.  You may find that your mood is affected, and you feel more tired, run down, irritable or low. You might also experience more physical symptoms including night sweats, irregular periods and a slowed metabolism.

TALKWORKS can offer a wide variety of treatment and therapy options to help you to feel better. We are Devon's NHS Talking Therapies service, and our services are available free of charge to adults (age 18+) across Devon. All of our therapists are accredited NHS clinicians, who are here to listen and help.

Speak to a member of our team by calling 0300 555 3344 (Monday - Friday from 9am to 4:45pm) or scroll down to find out more about the help we can offer.
