TALKWORKS for Improving Sleep Workshop

Our NHS Sleep workshops look at the reason why you are struggling to sleep and help to get you back on track. This two-hour free online session is here to help people manage a range of sleep problems - from waking in the night to struggling to fall asleep.

The sessions are aimed at adults living in Devon (outside Plymouth) age 18+ who currently struggle with their sleep.

Living Well With a Long Term Health Condition workshop

A free two hour workshop which will introduce participants to a range of techniques to help you, or someone you love, manage living with a long term physical health condition. The course will look at the links between body and mind, as well as focus on practical tools and techniques which you can put into practice in order to improve your wellbeing.

Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop

A free one hour and 15 minute online session on the potential for mindfulness to help manage stress, anxiety, low mood, and pain. The session will include being led through short guided meditation practices, space for some light discussions, and information on how to develop this practice further, including details about our Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course.

Mindfulness Graduates Workshop

Our Mindfulness Graduates Workshop is a two hour session for those that have completed an eight week mindfulness course (such as Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy with TALKWORKS or another service.
