Gillian thanks TALKWORKS

Gillian accessed TALKWORKS following difficulties with sleep after a bereavement. Below she shares how the service helped her:

"Following a referral from the asthma clinic in RD&E due to mentioning I was not sleeping and also I was having great personal problems following the sudden loss of my mum, I was spoken to very speedily by my therapist Adam, and his non-judgemental and balanced conversation and advice was just what I needed.

I am now much happier but also know help is there when I need it. I was treated with great respect, care and understanding. When it was appropriate Adam and I laughed together which in itself is a great healer.

Thank you.”
